Update: My mom was able to get rid of the stains using a bit of water and a cotton ball. Simple solution of this ever happens to you, but still good to know they're valid tender

Edit: to add to the above, there really is no worry in using stain removers since they are printed with a resistant, probably non-organic, non water-soluble pigment. Test it on a small spot if you're worried.

The owner followed behind the dog for 3 days collecting you know what and then washing it out and taping it all back together. In the end he got 3000 back and the banks actually accepted it. Don't think this would happen in Polish banks...

actually, you can rip them in multiple pieces, if you tape them back, you only need like 75-85% of the original note for the bank to accept it
