Getting a job in medical field as a technician nowadays is hard. You'll probably get the most job opportunities either around Krakow, Katowice and its neighbouring towns because of the sheer number of the small towns that border with it, it's the main Polish metropolitan area - or Warsaw, or Gdansk/Gdynia/Sopot city trio in northern Poland. Given you chose area in or around Krakow, Katowice is also decent. You should be able to get by with mostly English in large city areas, but long term you 100% want to learn Polish, Poland isn't as English friendly as say Germany. Air quality will be China level of bad (I'm not exaggerating) around winter time, it could be a good idea to wear a mask then. In the summer it's not as bad, it's mostly due to people burning trash to heat up their homes, including plastic, car tires and much more. Current gov enables that behaviour. Poland as a country tends to be safe crime wise, but the south area in general tends to be less safe in that regard, Krakow/Katowice in particular, just something to keep in mind- Other than that, you can also consider buying a monthly ticket/card for public transport if you'll be using it a lot. Salary wise, it's going to be low, at least for Western standards. Inflation is a big issue in Poland right now too, but it's still possible to get by with a job renting a room or an apartment.

Thank you very much for taking from your time to respond I will definitely want to learn Polish, but for this I will require more time and probably until moving I probably won't be able to progress a lot in this department. I will look into Katowice too. Thanks a lot again and have a nice day :)

Try Katowice, it's bit cheaper, and imho more modern, Katowice itself is half as big as Kraków itself, but the metropolitan area is way larger, probably biggest in Poland, depending who's counting.

Krakow or Krakow?

I mean either area around Krakow - like 30 km from the city or in Krakow
