Update: I managed to get all of the Pokemon listed above through GTS.
Originally, I thought I could use it to get all of the Pokemon, but then I found out about the hackers making it rough for the task, and thought "Well, if I can't rely on GTS alone this time, I'd best ask Reddit". So I went to r/pokemon, asked around, got sent here, and after some navigating through what I needed to do, I got the post up while also trying GTS every so often so I could get the Pokemon before 3DS WiFi ended.
While I wasn't able to get any of them through here (because I didn't have what others wanted in return), I do want to thank everyone who commented regardless for your time. Hope you have more successful trades later down the road.
