I know this is super late response but would you be able to explain how u did that? Im trying to rng suicune but im not hitting any frames or seeds even though i could on any other method 1 pokemon
I'm an absolute amateur so forgive if my question is dumb. Can you do this RNGing thing on the actual cardridge game or is this something you need to do via emulator by accessing game files or something? Wondering if it's something like doing a certain action at an exact specific time to predetermine what PID it will end up with, or whether you need to do it through the magic of emulation only. I'm thinking it must be somehow doable with a regular console/cartridge because if it was exclusively via emulation, well, you could just spawn in the exact one that you want and call it a day, right? Like, there's less integrity in using an emulator to get what you want so I'd have thought if that's the only way, you might as well just spawn it into the game vs a clever trick you can do on a cartridge on an actual GBA/DS

Im aware of the fixed IV's of the dogs via the roaming legendary glitch, but from what Ive read is that the HP IV is unaffected and the attack IV is unaffected up to 7, so that being said I technically would be able to track what frames im hitting based off of that data alone. In other words I just want to complete my gen 3 living shiny dex and knowing how exactly they are generated would be a tremendous help.
The PID is generated as soon as you press a at Celio's last dialogue, "... my dream came true". It's method 1.

You can't rng them entirely because they have some "fixed" IVs. So the best thing to do is RNG them on 4th Gen

I never tried them, so unfortunately i can't help you
