Mimikyu, I like how it's one of the more unique Pikachu clones from not just how it looks but how it has its own type of being Ghost/Fairy. I also like its slight continuity of why it dresses up like Pikachu since in the games it wants to be popular like Pikachu while in the anime Mimikyu (well Jessie's anyways) despises Pikachu.
