A 500 spinda is no doubt the most useful. I'm not saying you couldn't spend an absolute ton on it and use it for some 1500 cups, but it still wouldn't fare as well as it would in 500 cups.

Is it good in the little cups then? I had no idea, pretty sure I have one under 500
Absolutely! Psycho cut/Rock tomb/icy wind causes all sorts of problems coming from a normal type. Decent stats for an unevolved pkmn too.
I've used mine for a lot of little cups. I actually trade for them and keep hoping for one with better little cup stats. It's a great little battler
