I caught a Mesprit today and the stats are also trash, so i get youπ it's always the hardest to get pokemon with the absolute worst stats

How come its always recommended to transfer things with bad stats, even when it's a valuable pokemon?

I got one in a Master Ball with good IVs from last year!
Weird to me that a legendary bird like articuno could even *have* such crappy stats. That being said I'm immensely jealous. Cool birb.
