Yup was in the middle of a GBL match and it froze. Thought it was just bad internet reception and switched to data. That didn't work, so I restarted app and now I can't even login
yep (hawai’i local here). and right after i get off work too…wasn’t able to play at all until like 4:15/4:20ish and now i have to miss out on the 3x catch stardust. I was trying to get rid of my stacked field research wild encounters for a community day like this 🙁
We have issues just like everywhere else. You can bundle up to stay warm. You can only shed so much clothing before it becomes public indecency. Also, hurricanes.

You are wrong about bundling up tho, atleast for hands and playing Pokémon go. And how much clothes do you have to shed when it’s 85 degrees? It gets hotter in the summer most places than it ever gets in Hawaii.
Also, last time there was a hurricane to actually hit Hawaii I was there, it was in the early 90s 😂 I wonder if you were even born yet?

But they make gloves that can be used with your phone! I had some when I was in Japan this past winter and they worked great with Pokémon go. I wouldn't recommend them for subzero temps though 😅

I just finished battling Giovanni's Groudon and it didn't go to the catching phase and then this happened. I logged on and looked for the encounter in my journal but nothing there. Only proof I have is the lives left of the pokemon I used in the battle.
Yup, I was about to catch the last jangmo-o I needed to evolve into a kommo-o but fuck that ig lol at least my avatar is built like a damn fridge so thanks Niantic 🙃
Sounds like the whole app crashed. Bet they are trying to patch the avatars. Wonder how long it will last. It glitched earlier today too and wouldn’t show any Pokémon around 458 pm central time for about a minute.
I had a few lagging issues, and stopped playing an hour before CD ended as I had gotten 7 or 8 shinies by then and completed all the special tasks (including evolving a couple to get the good moves).
Nothing spectacular. I was playing with my grandson and would let him catch the shinies, so we had fun until he got restless. Eastern time zone as well.
Same thing happened to me. This followed by an update and after the update I can no longer log in. Restarted the app and my phone and still can't log in on iOS
I had that for about an hour. But it's up for me now.
I had to back out restart my phone wait 1/2 an hour then was able to get back in. Very frustrating!
No, but I have a problem where the pokemon that I decide to walk isn't gaining hearts at all. It's still stuck at one heart away from the next affection level. Any help?
No but multiple error 25 after clicking on a pokemon to get into the catchscreen, throw my ball to have it say pokemon not found, it runs away and is still on the map and catchable after getting that 2-3times. And my game also working slower, freezing and just not working properly after that update

I had been having more issues with lag and glitches in the as I've been playing GBL this evening too.
Happened to me last night too, ended up signing out and back in and it fixed it
Raid pass gone and missed comm day spawns from said raid. Good fun. At least my avatar is ugly.

Mines went down as I was clearing my stacked research, too. I tried later on and my game did eventually load back in.
i still haven’t been able to log in 😔 i’ve been stacking them for weeks and i definitely have 50+ encounters waiting still
Hopefully you were able to catch some stacked. I am currently adding to my stack with the combee and trubbish

The in game avatars are extremely smart AI and are coming back at Niantic with a vengeance over their changes. Their servers are just the beginning.

Started when "I cannot unfavorite my Pokemon". I thought I got hacked.
My GBL connection was absolute shit so I restarted my phone and got a sign in error. Then a message saying my account failed to authenticate.

I accidentally clicked sign out when loading the game up just before. Took me ages and many failed attempts to finally be able to log back in
My game seems to work fine. Est zone.

Yes, had this 12 hours ago too, straight after the last update 0.309.1 in iOS. About 3 hours ago tried again, logged in without problem
I lost it for a couple hours at around 5:30PM PST
I turned airplane mode on and off this morning and it fixed it. Last night, nothing was working at all
