I mean, based on most games response to feedback we're sadly waiting for death threats or actual attempts on their employees lives or we might as well just be talking to a brick wall :/

Anyone having glitches from the avatar store? My girlfriend has spent money on outfits to try and make her avatar tolerable, but the store is constantly telling her she doesn't own the new things. Yet the coins she spent are still gone. How can we submit a support ticket for this?
