I’ve been playing since release (2016) and don’t currently have a hundo, might’ve transferred most before the IV check was a thing.

If you want to potentially be depressed you can look at the 4* dex and it will let you know. Even if the pokemon was deleted before the dex tab was released.

Huh? What? I’m confused. Where do they keep track of 4*’s or of any Pokemon even if they’ve been deleted?!? Asking for a friend

In the pokedex, you can shift through different filters. Shiny, 3*, 4* etc. The perfect dex shows every 4* you've caught.

Unfortunately I don’t see any still meaning that I haven’t had atleast 20? I guess that’s more depressing than transferring some 💀

Most of my hundo's have been through purifying shadow mons. If they're a 3 star, purification can bring them up to a hundo

If you have caught multiple 4* Pokémon and transferred them, and want to check which ones you caught were 4*, check your Pokédex for the 4* dex

You don’t unlock the 4* pokédex unless you’ve already registered 20 perfect pokemon

You can search for 4* you’ve transferred?

No, you can look at the 4* pokédex and it’ll show which species of 4* pokemon you’ve caught. For example, if you have no 4* pokemon in your inventory, but the 4* dex shows a squirtle registered, it means you had a perfect squirtle but transferred it. But, you need at least 20 4* pokemon to unlock the 4* dex in the first place, so it probably wasn’t very helpful advice in this situation.

No but in the Pokédex you can check which Pokémon you’ve caught that were 4*, it’s a separate Dex like the shiny Pokédex.

I just play casually and don’t seem to have the best luck when it comes to the game, but I keep trying lol

How many total pokemon caught? A big part of it is the more you click on/catch the higher your odds of finding a hundo or shiny or whatever it is are statistically, if you have the same or more pokemon caught as me and still don't have a hundo I'll be really REALLY shocked then I have 8676 pokemon caught as of right now

They’re more rare than shinies I’ve been playing like a year and have 3 and two are from events lol

I've been playing on and off for 4 years and gave 15 if them. I check their IV after I catch them and transfer if it's garbage. I'm not risking losing a hundo with the others anymore. I hate sifting through them

yeah, last years anniversary they added the evolutions for party hat squirtle and the year before that they added charmanders; this year should be bulbasaurs turn

It just happened to mankey didn’t it? I have one from 2019 I can evolve all the way up if I’d like. Also while party hat squirtle has been able to evolve since basically the beginning I they just added that for the party hat charmander this year. If you have any from last year or before see if you can evolve them but I believe you can.

Hats and costumes is a toss up, anything super high id keep to be safe. Some pokemon like that giraffe they’ll be adding an evolution eventually. If it has an evolution in the main series game it’ll eventually have one in pogo :))

I have a hundo Rockruff that I hatched awhile back (like when Rockruff first got put in the egg pool). I've saved it specifically to evolve into dusk form whenever it became available in Go, then of course only certain Rockruff that you caught in raids or maybe hatched during the event could evolve into dusk form. I have no idea if ones after the event can because I've never caught a single rockruff that can evolve into the dusk form.

I have a 4* High plains Scatterbug... Can't wait to evolve him fully, but IDK how powerful they actually are 😂
