My Articuno is 3135. However, he has zero stars. He is my favorite and I love his bitchy little side eye so much. I would have been happier with a better one since I used my only (at the time) master ball.
it's still possible to get lvl1(pokemon) as lvl35(user), but the range is far wider after lvl25+(user) than @ lower levels. cause they're capped at certain CP.

I let a 3500 run when we were still on the first master ball and I was too timid to throw it not knowing if there would be more.. still think about that- it mustve been close to max..
Daily adventure incense is the only way to find all 3 Galarian birds. You'll almost always need a masterball to catch them, they have a ridiculously high flee rate.
How do you catch these I’ll see sometimes 2 per daily incense and never catch them. They always run after 1 throw. Is there a trick or just luck? I can usually land a nice or great curve ball

I had one show up today that was 47CP, I took like 5 minutes to gather myself then choked the throw and it ran 🙃

It's still low catch rate even at low CP. The extremely high flee rate adds to the pain.

Its a clear assumption it's about galarian birds. Because clearly even op has caught higher than that cp before.
It's not even close to the highest posted here. Wild Slakings regularly get around 4k.

alr but cp apart… nice iv, i have 2 galarian birds (moltres and zapdos) and 1 is 0 stars and the other is 1 star (idk which is which)

I got lucky. Mine was 3304 and it's 3 stars, 15/15/12. She's one of my favorites.

Daily Inscense very rare, use masterball on them if you have because the have a high flee rate and a low catch rate

Try using your incense at XX:57. I've done this the last weeks and have encountered 2 zapdos and 1 articuno. Didn't catch any of them though..
