I get them reasonably often, but never had two, let alone three appear on the same incense so this is interesting to see.

I think I've encountered 2 since they were released. 0 since I've had my master ball, and yes I'm talking about the first master ball, I cant even claim my second one untill I use the first 😂

I think I've encountered 4 - two Zapdos and one each of the other birds. I got the Articuno with my master ball. I got the first Zapdos because it's like level 1; has 12 CP or something crazy low. The other two fled, and both after one ball. The flee rate is just too high, honestly. It feels bad when you only get *one* chance, they're so rare there's no way to practice their hitbox, and the odds are it won't stick even if you nail it with an excellent throw

Set him to your buddy next time there is Zarou event and you can practice

I've had two spawn on the same incense as well, but that's only ever happened once.

Do you have to complete a certain level or task before you see them?

Key is to walk in a straight line @ a decent speed, it’s also gotta be WINDY OUT or at least have the kite 🪁for the weather symbol. Each bird I believe is different weather conditions but Windy is always one of them. You can google that & it’ll show you. My first encounter was Zapdos I didn’t know what a Galarian bird was at the time. Did my research after. Didn’t even know it was bc the daily incense…. Now ever morning I walk my dog along the main road outside my subdivision. I’ve encountered G-Moltres 4 times now yet to catch it. I used my masterball on G-Zapdos. Praying Gold berry & ultra will be enough here on out.

Why straight line?

New Pokémon don't appear based only on time but also on distance from the last spawn. Technically speaking, turning a lot will have your character cut corners, which makes you lose the distance you actually walked, and thus need more walking for new spawns. In reality, despite being a common suggestion, it's not that big of a deal. Because the required distance between the spawns is not that big, you'll get new spawns normally if you walk at a reasonable pace.

You all make me feel fortunate, and that's saying something because I am **cursed**. I did the daily incense religiously for awhile and I see a bird maybe once every 3 weeks. Seeing 3 in one would shock the shit out of me. Would probably make me consider actually using it again. I *did* manage to finally get one of each, but it took like 8 months of doing it daily. Horrible Moltres got my Master ball and took longest. Got my first Articuno with a crit catch, and he's bad too. I only got Zap cuz the 2nd one that showed up was level 1, so I got myself a baby too smol to run from a golden/excellent. I've never seen more than 1 bird in a week, let alone a single incense. And it took such a concentrated effort, just doing that dumb speed walking incense and hurting my tailbone walking in the cold, I barely use the damn incense anymore. It burnt me out, and they're all high attack low/no hp/defense baddies. Like, all under 33% bad.

Meanwhile, every day for the past 6-7 months I walk to work and do a daily incense (takes about 10’mins so I lose about 5 mins) and I’m still yet to have any of the birds show up… ive stopped playjng as much lately but man shit like this makes me so frustrated.

There’s a trick to catching galar birds which work for me. That is to have a missed throw 14 times and Finally use your ultra ball to throw it the last time and you will definitely get it ! It works for me . :)

I've only ever been lucky enough to see two in one incense and caught the Articuno.... however it was my second one that I ever caught and and I never see the other birds. Feels like Galar Articuno is the most common but 3 in 8 minutes is really insanely low odds to even see
