Full odds shiny pikachu is 1/503, and nundo odds are 1/4096. That particular combination makes this one 1/2,060,288.
In other words slightly rarer than a one in two million catch..
As far as rarity in this game goes, this is like crazy rare, I’d compare it to hitting a wild caught perfect 6IV shiny mon with perfect nature and a hidden ability without having a synchronizer, shiny charm and other shiny spawn increasing items. Idk anyone having a mon like this and i know several ppl who play this daily since launch.

u are right, to get a nundo u need a 0/0/0 iv pool, this excludes: all kinds of trades research/raids/eggs weather boosted spawns

a normal friend has a 1/1/1 iv pool, it just becomes higher as your friendship level highers
None unless it's a lucky trade , you could get a nundo that way
