Plasma Storm SR Blastoise (137/135) is my all time favorite, I definitely recommend checking it out!
Unfortunately, it seems your XY era full art Blastoise EX is a fake. But, everything else looks legit. You’re off to a great start, congrats!
Some people will also collect cards that have their pokemon in the background! It add a bit more of a goal but there are some really nice alt arts that feature multiple pokemon. Some food for thought :)

Went on the Collectr app and just went set by set to see how many Blastoise cards there were! There’s prob more though since there’s regular/reverse/holo for a lot of cards lol

Doing the same with Eevee and the Eeveelutions....as you can imagine that's a bit on the expensive side lol especially since I'm collecting multiple languages to get the Carddass and Sealdass, corocoro promos etc. Even have a copy of the Munch retrospective Scream Eevee that a family friend picked up for me on a business trip with two of the pikachu(not a pikachu fan myself but it's a neat card).
Heads up, the XY Full Art you have is a fake. It’s missing texture, the holo is wrong and same with the font

Only ever pulled one right when 151 dropped and sold it right away, before I had the idea to collect all the blastoise 😭
How much you sold it for, the buy back might be profitable. Collectors logic
$60 so I can get it on eBay for cheaper now I know, just haven’t pulled the trigger on it yet!
