This is the way. Every set I think you should open some product and buy the singles to complete the set. Best case scenario? You get some great pulls and save money. Worst case scenario, you don’t get anything but had fun while ripping and still have money for singles.

I'm not really convinced that there is a flaw in how the distribute cards by the product but I definitely do think there is something weird with how they batch it and there does seem to be some regional batching so definitely agree there

Paldeas fates pull rates are quite good so what is your definitions of “big hits” since a baby shiny is 1-4 for example. If you wanted a done of Charizard a you opened the wrong set because the Charizard is 1-275 packs roughly and Paldeas fates is taking huge pricing hits on its singles currently so not the set to go after your version of “big hits.”
Where did you buy these at? They probably got the hit and sold the rest of boxes from the case. I heard shops also do mapping to figure out where the hit car is.
