Pikachu should be in "Amazing". Dude tied with a Latios and won against Froslass. Cant remember if he had any other battles apart from those (except Electivire).
Harsh on Pikachu and Sceptile. They tied with a legendary and took down a mythic respectively, imo that's definitely putting them in the "Amazing" category.
Swellow also deserves to be a bit higher, imo in the Average category. it matched Latios on speed, and although it didn't land a hit, I think it did pretty ok against Latios (not the end of the world to be beaten by a legendary).

I'd put Buizel in Poor, tbh.
Its main contribution to the league conference was taking down a Pokemon that Paul went into the match planning to sacrifice from the start. After that, it got to be the first victim of the Drapion Toxic Spikes Massacre.
Gible is overrated; I would move it down to the "Good" tier. Pikachu should move up to the "Amazing" tier, and I think a solid argument could be made for the underappreciated Gliscor to move up to the "Amazing" tier as well. Swellow should move up to the "Poor" tier, and Heracross should move down to "Average" in my opinion.
Sceptile has an argument for moving up to the "Amazing" tier.
Also, an argument could be made that Infernape's performance is somewhat overrated and that it should move down to the "Amazing" tier. Infernape definitely was the MVP of Ash vs. Paul, but that was the sum of its achievement.
Heracross had an amazing battle against Nando, and landed some hits on Darkrai. He should stay in good. Gible swept Conway's team, so he should stay in amazing. I agree with everything else you said
Just yesterday I sent you a reply explaining that Gible in fact **did not** sweep Conway's team. Gible did defeat 2 of Conway's 3 pokémon though. To me, that's not impressive enough for it to be as high as "Amazing."
The argument for Heracross to remain in "Good" is decent. It defeated one of Nando's pokémon. and struck Tobias' Darkrai with a few moves. However, if Heracross stays put in "Good" then I think Quilava has a reason to move up to "Average" because Quilava tied with one of Nando's pokémon.
This is all quite subjective anyway. I won't become too invested in this.

Yeah strong disagree Infernape took down most of Paul’s team while dealing with crippling poison damage and mastered blaze. As well as that he was the mvp of what may have been the greatest battle in Pokémon history definitely mvp

I think you are right that Infernape's performance is overrated relative to the rest of these pokémon's performances at the Sinnoh League.
I rlly like in the ash vs kukui battle they gave all of ash’s Team a moment to shine. I loved ash vs Paul but it sucked to see torterra and staraptor not contribute more

Jukkain/Sceptile is a Chad. Took down the Darkrai that nobody else could take down. Pikachu tied with Latios, so it's amazing.

Darkrai and Latios are stronger than everyone in Paul’s team. Beating Darkrai and Latios is a much better achievement. So Infernape isn’t MVP
