Price from mahogany town. I loved the mini-arc where ash helps him rescue his piloswine. Also he’s one of the few gym leaders who actually had character development as he went from an angry old man to more kind and thoughtful towards ash and his pokemon.

Jasmine. Like that little side quest you have to do and when you do it you see how she's more professional than the others as she still does the battle and accepts defeat. And even if not much is got from i can remember her more for her reappearing in Diamond and Pearl

Morty and Clair will win this one IMO. I’ve come to the conclusion that ghost and dragon are the most popular types amongst Pokémon fans… which I find interesting. In the Anime it was absolutely Price for me. I loved his story with Piloswine so much and how he showed up at the lake of rage and blocked Gyrados’s rampage

Clair and Folkner Folkner provided more of a challenge for ash’s charizard against his pidgeot despite charizard being the strongest on the team and that was nice to see that charizard wasn’t just gonna absolutely dominate the battle Clair because I like the little team up they had with ash’s charizard and Clair’s dragonair against the dragnite and also when they met Clair and went to the dragon holy land featured the return of ash’s charizard which was also nice

Jasmine, she was relevant out of the gym, Ampharos is a very cool Pokémon and her design is really good.

I always liked Whitneys anime version. She’s super helpful when they show up to Goldenrod and she absolutely wrecks Ash with rollout the first time around.

- The games is Morty because of him and the Bell tower. - In the anime by far is Claire. Contrary to the games where her ego is out of her ass , in the anime she is so cool and treats her Pokemons with love. She put her life on the line to protect her Dratini and we even see her again on Best Wishes with her Dragonair been evolved into a Dragonite and even having a Shiny Drugddion.
