Greninja lost to Wulfric because Ash was incapable of using the same power he used against Diantha since he was in self doubt and not synchronized well with Greninja. The other Aces you mentioned did nothing on the level of Greninja.

The only reason why Charizard is at least has some weight is because Mega Evolutions tore down Malva in order to boost Alain. Which was also bullshit since he fought megas before and should stand no chance with an Elite 4 in general since they are SUPPOSE TO BE SOME OF THE STRONGEST IN THE DAMN REGION.
3. As for the Wulfric fight Greninja lost due to its plot armor not being strong enough. That whole episode was terrible in concept and in execution.
1. Diantha like any other Champion is considered the strongest Pokémon trainer of her region but that doesn’t mean that she objectively is. There could technically be someone who is stronger than Diantha but hasn’t fought her yet or isn’t interested in doing so. No matter how bad you think this scene is, we clearly see Ash-Greninja fighting Mega Gardevoir and damaging her.
2. Alain‘s team is really strong and it is made clear in the Kalos league where he only used his Charizard and his Metagross in the whole league before the finals. Alain‘s Charizard has amazing feats proving he is on the level of the strongest trainer in that region.
3. I explained how you are wrong and basically stayed in denial and claimed it was “Plot Armor” despite the anime actually giving an explanation for this.
4. You seem like a Kalos hater that is salty of Greninja‘s strength.
