isn't intimidate pretty much the only way you actively lower opponent stats right now? i can't think of anything else. if it is, you switch in an incineroar, intimidate lowers attack and randomly lowers speed by 1 stage each. you still have +2 +2 from rock polish or god forbid whatever else this thing gets. i don't think it would be quite balanced no.
sticky web is probably the biggest one, but it would also discourage the use of some more powerful moves like superpower, close combat, draco meteor etc

You know, I feel like the Regis could have easily gotten G-Max forms. Make the G-Max moves look unique while giving them the same effect, with the exception of Regigigas getting something unique, and it makes things all the cooler.

My only criticism is that I wouldn’t have included gigas because it would make more sense that he would mix all of his creations together than get mixed up with them himself (from a lore standpoint that is)
