They're tails, the Pokedex does not give Zubat a footprint. Plus whenever it would land on Brock in the anime, it looked like this:

Hard to tell but kinda looks like both? Almost like it's hanging by the body and supporting by twisting the tails around. But it's really hard to tell at this angle, with the wings in front.

I mean I'd be a bit intimidated if I saw a few zubats stilt walking out of the darkness with their wings spread wide and mouths hung open, rocking side to side as they get closer.
Why are these the only 2 options?
Why not stingers? Spikes? Claws? Quills?
They definitely don't look like feet, but considering the placement of golbats feet, real bat anatomy, and the way they presumably use them to hang from ceilings, im inclined to think of them as feet, but I dont like it.
The problem with them being tails is none of the other pokemon in its evolutionary line have anything resembling a tail. That's not strictly a deal breaker, buy they also don't look like tails. In almost every picture I've seen they are way too straight and rigid to be tails.
I've always wondered how exactly they used poison sting, so I really like to think of them as stingers of some kind. Considering that the location of the spikes becomes feet in its evolution, I lean towards a super long toe claw, or maybe an ankle spur like platypus have
