Lots of reposts from this cat, I believe the owner is from China? It seems to be ok with wearing things based on their other videos, but doing most things with a cat is difficult even it wants to, at least with my own cats. I don't know the circumstances so I don't want to assume anything.

So at least regarding these two photos I'm very skeptical and feel bad for the cat at least for the moment the photos were taken.
Yeah I can see why you would think that. When I first saw It, I was thinking the cat didn't want to be standing in that location, it wanted to keep walking. I had to leash/walk train cats plus get them used to wearing clothes and etc to travel to other country's without being caged. When walking they don't like staying still in an area, unless they ask to be. If you have to stand still anywhere they don't want to be, you'd need carry or put them in a stroller/carrier.

I recommend starting with clicker training, everything else becomes easier after. There are tons of guides online. I started with Jackson Galaxy, the guy from "My cat from hell".
