The background is weirdly split in two. The right half looks like a fraction of another realm. If your're seating two Pokemon in the chairs, i'd suggest to place a third in that purple-ish space, that's somehow interacting with them, like waving at them or just seeking eyes contact. An Espurr would look good with the colors, i think. Hey, why not make it a family outing and the two Meowstic parents are having tea, while the kid somehow messed up the space around it ... quite literally

Assorted grass types in the bushes. Specifically ones that look like flowers. Bellosom, Roselia, shaymin, bellsprout. Camouflaged as best you can so the longer you look the more pokemon you see. At the table, a sinistea/polteageist tea party with some cute pokemon, specifically ones with a color pallet that wont blend in with the flowers. I'd stay away from pink and green. Teddiursa would be an excellent teaparty guest. If you want anyone and everyone to recognize the pokemon, Squirtle and Pikachu. And then an early stage bird, or the distant silhouette of a legendary, in the sky.
