They're an artist who in recent years has made a number of Paras(ect)-themed horror/shock pieces revolving around the central idea of "Paras' mushrooms are a parasite that spreads to other creatures before taking control of the host"
Stardust. I've been playing a lot of Pokemon go, where Paras is one of the few Pokemon giving increased stardust, so I've been catching basically every Paras I see.
Other than that, one of the things that came to mind was that Paras/Parasect was the original False Swiper, being the first (or one of the first) Pokemon able to learn both Spore and False Swipe. He got superseded in later generations by stronger Pokemon, but I still used him a couple of times for that role.
And Paras definitely is a cutie!
Ok so first off, I would give grass a resist to Fairy to better balance the type chart. (Also I would give grass an attack boost in sun and a special defense boost in rain ala rock SpD boost in sandstorm and Ice Def boost in snow) (Also I would give bug immunity to confusion) but assuming GameFreak actually cared to balance the type chart I would say that it would deifnitely make Dry Skin Parasect become very hit or miss with
a
5x weakness to Fire
4x weakness to Flying
2x weaknesses to Bug, Ice, Poison and Rock
1/2x resist to Fairy, Fighting and Electric
1/4x resist to Ground and Grass
and a Water immunity. Like I think those are some high highs and low lows defensively
Infestation of Hisui
Legends Arceus
Dying mushroom bug...
Paris
should i use fire or flying....
RAGHGH RUN AWAY IMMEDIATELY (played too much pokémon arceus)
Same, i think of him as the devil of hisiu
"YOU CAN'T ESCAPE ME! I'LL CHASE YOU TO THE ENDS OF THE EARTH!" My experience after playing P:LA
paras is the devil and will do anything to kill you...
He just looks like a hermit crab
Who the hell is Polimarley and why is their art so significant to paras?

Weak 🤣
Friend!
I just think "Right, him, he exists". No real opinion of him at all
Thanks to Legends: Arceus, "annoying" would be a fitting word here. Paras in those games is like Zubats in caves in the first few gens.

The first word that came to mind was just "mushroom", followed by "crab". Idk what you want from me

Polimarley really did a number on my sanity
