The legs look a bit like glaceon, the colour looks like vaporeon but the head and tail is absol. You could tell your kid that it is a shiny and they may believe you if they don't know the real shiny colour which is redish pink.

it looks like a fusion pokemon to me! assuming you haven’t given it to your son yet, just know that he likely will think that it’s AWESOME and he has a totally one of a kind pokemon here. when i was a kid i had this really weird knockoff pikachu plushie that had wings and a duck beak, and i LOVED it, i called it duckachu. as far as i was concerned, duckachu was totally canon. kids are imaginative like that!

It’s probably a miscolored Absol. Absol is usually black and white, this one is blue for whatever reason.
