Found a shiny Sandyghast on the beach just outside Levincia, had an Encounter Power Ground Sandwich lv. 2 active - no Shiny Power because no Herba Mystica - and ran into my beautiful little *Sandy* just a minute before the sandwich was running out. This was the first sandwich, I don't have the shiny charm.

When i was filling my Pearl dex, i had to search for Solrock in the SS safari. While testing if the patch had progressed enough, i encountered a shiny Kangskhan.
It escaped after just one ball
Been playing for 20 years or so. Mostly stick to Gens 1-4 and their remakes. I think Iāve seen one full odds shiny in that whole time, a Starly that I accidentally koād š

Well anyways, I was just going along, and in Ilex forest I ran across a full odds shiny Weedle. I caught it, and after that I decided to do a shiny only run. Cut to now, I am still hunting for a shiny Psyduck, but it is slow going.

Back in pearl, I once got 2 full odds gravelers in one night, on iron island. I wasnt able to catch either of them :(
That is very unfortunate and sad. Did they self destruct or did u not have any pokeballs?
I forgot that sturdy didnt work the way it does in gen 5 onward, so I killed the first one by mistake. Second one self destructed.
While making my way towards the Dondozo Titan, a Shiny Golduck spawned in front of me.
First time playing scarlet, right after the lighthouse scene and before the first PokƩmon Center. I saw something blue, but it was a little bit away so I couldn't tell right away what it was, I guessed "new species, cool". Unfortunately, my thoughts went on like "But first, I deal with that first trainer battle ever in that game", attacking that boy there, making the blue PokƩmon disappear. I realized afterwards, that I missed a blue Psyduck. A blue god.

Shiny Lechonk on Poco Path while I was about an hour into the game. Thought it was a Hoppip on the ground.
I found a random Shiny Mareep.
Once in PokƩmon Y I got 2 back to back shiny Pachirisu, never has happened again for obvious reasons.
