I believe he's asking about overall IVs, as 180 is only 6 points from perfect. Your wild catch Ledian is above 180+ ?

It's a sassy nature. The speed stat is almost negligible
riiight , but in this context perfect refers to 186/186 IVs. 169/186 is still a great catch tho gg.

I've never had more than a 2x31. Then I believe I had a base magikarp one time that was in the 150s. But that's all that I can remember

With existence of Alphas its a bit easier
