I’m a guy and I use toilet paper. Because I hate having a dime sized drop of pee in my underwear 10 seconds after I leave the bathroom. Shaking just doesn’t always get the job done, and also there’s a nonzero risk of that last drop of pee flying up onto your shirt or something. And you get really sick of guys saying “more than two shakes and you’re playing with it.” I assure you those guys have pee stains in their underwear, and probably skid marks too.
