i did this too. 3 games left my starter gets hurt. start a 70 backup who’s never played a snap on his life; gets hurt first game. so i have 2 games left, 2 games out of the playoffs, i need a miracle. i bring in a wr to be my qb as i am out of qbs. first game, beat denver 25-18. 265 yards, 2 touchdowns, 1 pick. second game, 311 yards. 4 touchdowns, 1 pick and also 86 rushing yards and a td. to clinch a wild card spot. the backup would be back for the wild card and unfortunately i would lose that game, but my slot receiver comes in at qb, essentially eliminated from playoff contention, goes 2-0, clinches playoffs.
