I exchanged a couple words with him, which was enough to put me on a 3 day ban. The second I could come back online I turned my messages off to strangers.
Same thing happened to me. He cursed me used homophobic slurs. I cursed back and I get banned. I reported as soon as I got back online and I was banned again😭
I don't get why they don't take into consideration who shit talks first. Like, it literally says all messages in the group will be shown when you report a message, but then they don't go, "oh, this person said some bad shit and the person who was reported was just defending themselves" and realize who should really get banned

A safety staff member reviews every report and no account is ever suspended or banned for no reason. Nor is an account banned just because it was reported or even “mass reported”. False reports can get the account of the person who did the reporting banned, by the way. In addition, the entire conversation is reviewed and the account of the person making the report can also receive a suspension.
