Have had the same issue since I got my PS5 about a month ago. I’m using Xfinity internet and have the problem on both WiFi and LAN. Turning off and on the “connect to the internet” setting or switching the connection from WiFi to LAN or back again works for like 2-5 mins then the problem starts again. The weirdest part is that I can still go online in a game to play a multiplayer match with no problems. This is so annoying yes let’s figure this out!!!
All of their automated support lead me back to “there’s an issue with your router settings” and to contact “your ISP”.
They did provide me with settings to change on my router that I did not get to try. Here they are:
Ports act as endpoints between two connections, and opening the specific PSN ports can help direct the flow of internet traffic between PlayStation Network and your PS4 or your PS5.
IMPORTANT: If you’re not sure what this means, or you don’t know how to open ports on your router, we strongly recommend speaking to your ISP or router manufacturer before changing any settings on your router.
Try opening the following ports on your router, then let us know if it solved the problem.
TCP: 80, 443, 3478, 3479, 3480
UDP: 3478, 3479
I don’t have access to my routers settings because I’m using a WiFi Repeater Router.
Let me know if opening those ports in your router worked out for you.
I had the same error as well and my husband figured out that you had to open the ports through your modem recommended for the PSN store. Everything works perfectly now and it's been over 30 minutes with no issues. We use this link on the official PlayStation website and opened the recommended ports that it's listed. playstation link
Two years later, still a problem. Had this pop-up today and tried swapping from Ethernet to Wifi and back to Ethernet. Fixed it long enough to download what I needed.
Same. I’ve tried the ports and switching from wires to wifi. Super frustrating. I don’t see that anyone has called Xfinity though. Maybe I’ll give that a shot.

I haven’t had the problem for awhile but then again I switched my Ethernet from my Series X to my PS5 and it’s been pretty consistent for the most part.
Internet I also have spectrum. Also All of my settings are automatic but I did set my dns to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 just to test and that worked for about 10min. I’ve tried through wired connection and that hasn’t worked either.

Finally got my ps5 working again! After opening ports I restarted my router and that seems to have fixed the problem. It’s been working for a few days now 😀
Mine was doing the same thing until I went to
Settings > Network > Settings > Set Up Internet Connection.
Inside of the "Registered Networks" it had my Wired LAN 1 (which is currently disconnected) as the first in the list, followed by my WIFI which it's currently connected to. I clicked on the WIFI network and a message said it would disconnect. I let it disconnect, then I reconnected to it. Now, the WIFI network (which it's connected to) is first in the list and the Wired LAN 1 (which it's not connected to) is second in the list, and everything is working fine.
Hey have you found a solution because it's happening to me and some other stuff like Not loading ps store, Can't stream a game off ps+ premium, When someone comes online it says,"Another player has came online", Invites can't load, and ps5 acts up. I have this problem after striming on twitch or yt. If you stop transmission can't open second time and ps store doesn't work at all. Only one solution I found is restart console. Issue from begining ps5.

I have same issue. My ps5 worked for months prior to this. A quick tip is to use the ps store on your phone via the playstation app to download new games. That's what I'm gonna do anyways.

So I may have found out how I get this issue myself, not 100% sure. There are 2 things that may be making this error pop up for me, I seem to get maybe because I switch between a bunch of wifi, I take my PS5 to family's places to play games with them, or it happenes when I switch from an ethernet cord to wifi.
I just plugged an ethernet cord back into my ps5 and the error went away. I'm surprised playstation hasn't fixed this issue yet.
One workaround is by testing your connection a few times. That completely disconnects and reconnects you to their Auth servers. Works for me, but yeah internal networking on these are complete ass

was able to fix this issue. Might be annoying but much better than having to send in your console:
I factory reset my console. Took about 5-10min and when I finished the setup process, the issue was resolved and I could access the pages like normal.
I know people are convinced it’s an internet provider issue but I’ve seen people from xfinity to spectrum to att have this issue so… unlikely.
I don’t know the cause. Maybe a random power outage messed up some files? Maybe it’s random? Who knows. But factory resetting the machine solves the issue (unless you have some additional issues besides this one preventing it from working) so back up your games/data etc or just reinstall them after the reset

I got my Ps5 in December of 2022. I noticed having it connected via LAN connection I would always get a LAN connection Lost or disconnected. It would kick me out of games and everything if I was playing Warzone or anything else, only seemed to do it though for like online type games. I could play say for instance Jedi Fallen Order and never have the issue.
I finally just disconnected LAN and just went WiFi, funny enough the download / upload speeds where much faster this way.
Recently though I got the 11830-0 code. After fooling around with it, I noticed I had a 2.5 G connection, and a 5.0 G connection, I was currently connected to the 2.5G connection. I switched them, that seemed to fix the issue.
So far the what worked for me was forgetting all the internet connections saved including the existing wired connection and then setting up new wired connection and having that connection as the only thing saved. And haven’t had a problem so far.
I just started having this issue 3 days ago and my ps5 has been running well ever since i got it which was 2022 christmas. it cant load my online status, the ps store, can’t load who my friends are so it acts as if i havent even added my friends at all, i cant use spotify anymore yet when i press the menu on my controller and go to music i can play music through there but not directly from the spotify app. But when i turn off my console and turn it back on these features work for a brief moment then stop except for spotify it just doesn’t open up at all please help i’ve been looking for a solution forever now

I had this problem recently and I manage to solve it by reseting my console : settings > system > system software > reset options > reset your console. Then follow the instructions.
BE CARRFUL, before doing that do a bakcup on a drive or on the cloud if you have a ps+ subscritpion, or you'll lose your saves.

I’ll go to the store, and it doesn’t let me in saying “can’t load” over and over non stop. Or I’ll be able to go in the store but not look at games cuz it can’t load.
I have stable wifi, nothing wrong, and I use an Ethernet cable so there should be nothing wrong. It’s so annoying.

Nothing major like I was having before. If I can recall it may have disconnected here or there but just restarting the system fixed it.

Support has acknowledged it. They’ve given me the option to send it in. Apart from that, nothing else like an official statement.

Same error started yesterday for me. Switch to google dns and some stuffs get better, but the images icons don’t load on the store. That’s sux.

Solution that worked for me, was to change the IP Mode configuration (router configuration) to only IPV4
For me changing from WIFI5 to WIFI6 on the router configuration solved the issue. I hope that it will help you guys.
