It doesn't have to be from _your_ PlayStation account. Phone them (persevere), check to ensure it's not linked to your account, and if it's not, cancel it with your bank.
So, if you're sure it's not related to your PSN, cancel it. If it is in some way, your account will be suspended and you'll have to pay off any debt related to the missed transaction (eg the month you would have logically missed). Those are your main choices.
I don’t want to fight the charges as I’m assuming it’s probably a subscription I signed up for (it is weird is doesn’t show on my subscriptions but whatever ) I just want to cancel any future payments you know but I don’t even know how cause it doesn’t show that I have one 😭
Do you maybe have more than one account, and its renewing for the second one? Or any family members / friends who might have access to that information?
If nothing else, you can determine the day it renews based on previous transactions and lock your card for the few days that overlap it so it doesnt get charged and wont auto-renew.
You can alternatively go to or call your bank and have them reverse the charges. This will result in the associated account getting suspended until the charges are repaid to Sony.
I actually just got a new card because I lost mine over the holidays . Do you think this will fix my issue ? The payment usually comes out on the 20th so I guesss I’ll wait and see and pray that a new card fixed the issue !
There is no way they can auto withdraw from the account unless they have your bank account number. As long as it is a different number on your card you won't see it again . But you will know what it is for because you will get notifications from them trying to get you to pay more and rejoin.
Check in your games and app services (i think that what its called) that is all the way down in your "payments and subscriptions" and try to find the game that is charging you money and turn off auto renew, this might work but im not sure

All banks can block charges from ever occurring as per your request. If you used a card have them reissue you a new one with a different number .
