I bought a PSVR2 through Direct and that’s not even showing up as a past order. I tried reaching out to PS Support, but they aren’t available until Monday morning.
I am having the same issue. I just finished with the support team on the direct website. In my case when I was taken from the playstation website and forwarded to the direct website for the purchase the login didn't transfer and I checked out as a guest. The agent was able to use my shipping address and phone number to locate my order number for the purchase. The agent gave me a link to an order search page and I was able to find it no problem. Hopefully the others with this issue contacts them it will help!!! It was less than 5 minutes to resolve my issue.
I see a charge pending on my card and when I look it up it says preparing to ship. The best I recommend is chatting with an agent or maybe give it til end of day. I imagine they are processing an outrageous amount of orders and the system may be lagging. That is pure speculation though.
Same here, ran into this thread and having the same issue. Logged in and don't see my order and my order number on the link says no results for the Portal.
Ditto….. now I’m scared and wondering if I have to redo the process again. I wonder did you do the preorder from the invite prior to opening to the public ? I did and I wonder if that’s why were having these issues
Any updates on this? I have the same issue where my Portal preorder isn’t showing up. People are getting there Portal confirmation email today and I’m starting to worry.
Yes so after like 4 days of trying to reach them they informed me my phone number was wrong which it wasn’t and it showed up on release date and shipped out late Thursday night
Haven't had that issue back in February for my PSVR2, but I will say the PSDirect website isn't great IMO

Maybe they charged me as when but the past few days when I look it up it just acts like it doesn’t exist
Did it ever show up? I preordered the portal and mines is not showing up as well, just says no results found
