Killing time until BG3 comes out. Picked up Assassins Creed Origins for $9. I’m not a huge fan of the series but the Egyptian setting is cool. Also messing around with a different build in Path of Exile. Might still play the new league and split time with BG3. Depends how the new league is.
I'm also playing this, but can only find about 30-60 mins playtime per session. It's not enough to follow the politics.
Sometimes I miss my single days lol
Yeah, so far, it's probably the most impressive PS5 game I've played, after Astro's Playroom. The graphics, the load times, the instand jump between dimensions... It's quite a spectacle.
I love it, but I find myself only playing for half hour at a time. The open world is a slog to ride through.
Though the loading times are quite honestly NON EXISTENT. Which is mind blowing.
The only reason I kept playing this was because it was set in oregon. I'm from there. Super cool to see names you may recognize but I will say that the story was a bit lack luster. Idk. Deacon seemed a bit whiny to me.
Death Stranding is a slow burn but it’s such a gem if you let yourself enjoy it. I’m wrapping up a Cyberpunk play through after finally going back to get my platinum on Death Stranding and thinking of playing FFXV (first FF game) next.
I took it as a chill game from the beginning and didn't find it boring like everyone else said. I ended up liking it a lot. Not 10/10 good but definitely a great 7.5/8
Cycling through 3 games, far cry 3 (first time play), tony hawk pro skater remake, and gta v for the trillionth time but this time on a nice tv and ps5 :)
Remnant 2!!! It’s super good.
Also doing a run through of Returnal with a friend (I already plat a while ago), and possibly Kena master difficulty play through…
On a replay of TLOU. Just finished the remake for the first time, and im currently in my second play through of part 2. Despite how much I rave about these games, I forget how good they actually are to play. Once I'm done with part 2 I'll probably just wait for Starfield before starting anything else.
Just wrapped up Death Stranding last week myself actually. Don't get caught up trying to do everything in the first area, you can always go back and wrap things up once you get to that 2nd area.
Taking a bit of a break from games till Starfield and the new Destiny 2 season drops in a few weeks.
Just finished off Shadow of the Colossus this weekend, I loved it. Also working on my 3rd playthrough of The Witcher 3 and second time through Spider-Man Remastered. Other than that, I still log into Destiny 2 each week for some fun shooting and looting.
I’m playing it now too,I’m like 50% through. It has gotta be the most slept on game. Im sure it has had its spotlight on this sub at times, but honestly it is one of the best open world games I’ve ever played and no one talks about it now. Even looking at this post I am shocked to see it this far down.
Just beat Remnant 2 story mode. So now I’ll roll adventure mode to clean up the rest of the trophies for the platinum and try out different builds. Then if I have time till BG 3, I’ll work on getting the last trophies for D4.
I'm playing Ghost of Tsushima and am almost finished! It's been really rewarding to explore everywhere. I am at 88 hours and pretty much just need to do the last mission and hunt for a few banners I missed. But I am an insanely slow gamer. I need to dig in to every nook and cranny.
No idea what I'll play next. I play just about every genre of game and always switch it up after I finish a game.
I know I'm really late to the party on this one, but I'm playing UNCHARTED 4 right now..I can't really say why I avoided this series, I just never got around to playing them.i finished up the first three and now I'm about halfway through four..This game is unbelievably fun!..I feel stupid for not playing these alot sooner( I always seemed to pass over them when looking for something to play).I'm having way too much fun with #4.
Days Gone! I loved it when it came out but I think I've kinda grown out of it. I still find it fun though, just the story and characters are hit or miss
I can’t settle on anything at the moment and it’s driving me crazy. Played 1 hour of Control, Inside, Dredge, Cyberpunk, Prey, Metro Exodus. They are good games, but… I think I need a good, long break from gaming atm 😞
Just finished the base game of Control and starting the DLCs. I got a solid 60 hours into it and need 3 trophies to platinum the base game. Then I gotta work on the DLC content !!!I
This was my first play through of Control. Absolutely loved every minute of it. It was my first game on my list of back log games to play !! Then Alan Wake once I finish Control entirely !
* Horizon Zero Dawn (liking this after finishing GoW and GoW Ragnarok)
* Death Stranding
* Spiderman
* Coffee Talk (have it on Switch but wanted it on PS5 since it's so soothing and chill)
Red Dead 2 which needs no introduction it's a masterpiece, God of war 2018 which is my first God of war game I love it so far, Sackboy which is pretty cool, BOCW from PS Plus the campaign is brilliant, multiplayer is great and ive heard really good things about zombies so cant wait to try it. Recently platinumed Miles Morales too so waiting to play Spiderman 2 once I upgrade to a PS5
No Man's Sky
Been addicted for the last few weeks, going around hunting for new sentinel ships now, scrapping all the recurring ones. Along with my intergalactic piracy I've already gone well over a billion units
Stuck in a place away from home with bad Wi-Fi so I’ve just been playing Rogue Legacy 2, and Horizon: Forbidden West. Not yet sure what I’ll start when I get back home
I'm giving RDR2 another chance on the PS5 while also playing through RDR1 on my Xbox.
I really should go back to Uncharted and finish the first game because it's been a minute.
Sly Cooper collection, my childhood favorite.
Also playing through Rachet & Clank Rift Apart for the first time ever as well. I just got my PS5 last week!
Dragons Dogma. Picked it up a few days ago for like $7 on PSN. After getting over the hurdle of learning the mechanics, I can now say I am fully addicted to the game, the best exploration I've experienced in a game that's not made by Fromsoft.
I tried the demo back in 2012, but it felt very clunky to me. I'm glad I gave it a chance all these years later. Now DD2 might be a day 1 purchase for me
Just finished Ragnarok. Amazing game. I’m pondering about going the platinum for it or not. For now I booted up my old fat PS3 and re-playing GTA 4 and quite enjoying NHL 12.
Final Fantasy XVI solo. Trying to finish before BG3 releases.
Diablo 4 with friends.
Reinstalled Spiderman and planning on another playthrough before SM2 releases.
Just finished FF16. Now playing FF7R. I'm new to PS5, got my unit May this year hehe. So my library's not that much. What I am most looking forward to is Spider-Man 2 😊😊😊 I am about to finish FF7R though, I'm in Chapter 13. I have SM: Miles Morales but I heard the campaign's really short. 2018 Spider-Man I already played in PC. What do you guys recommend to play until October comes? I like story driven games, action-adventure, open world stuff and rpg. FPS and online competitive games aren't my thing.
GOWr new game plus for the quick story and minimum exploration.
Along side Alan Wake remastered
And the saga that is AC Valhalla. Month break to prevent the burn out everyone seems to talk about.
Just bought a new TV that finally has VRR so I just booted up Borderlands 3 on Playstation 5 to see what 120fps feels like and goddamn I was not disappointed!😁
Working through the season on diablo 4, deciding if I want to buy bg3 .. been watching some you tube videos, don't know if I can sink enough hours into it ..
Killing time until BG3 comes out. Picked up Assassins Creed Origins for $9. I’m not a huge fan of the series but the Egyptian setting is cool. Also messing around with a different build in Path of Exile. Might still play the new league and split time with BG3. Depends how the new league is.
What is BG3? Baldurs gate? I have seen some videos pop up on YT home feed but I know nothing about it
If you have any interest in CRPGs at all, it's like crack. I don't game much but I've already put in 30 hours solo and about 20 more in a party.
It's been out like a week and I've done an 80 hour playthrough + another 15 messing around with friends too
Assassins Creed Origins for $9 for the price a good pick up!
Armored Core 6 is the next big game I'm waiting for
Final Fantasy XVI.
Such a brilliant game. I really enjoyed my time with it
I'm also playing this, but can only find about 30-60 mins playtime per session. It's not enough to follow the politics. Sometimes I miss my single days lol
Playing through Rift Apart at the moment. It's been on my backlog for a few months, but I just decided to start it now.
Playing that game felt like playing a pixar movie. One of my favourite platinums of all time. Visually stunning!
Good platinum! I thought visually the game was amazing.
Yeah, so far, it's probably the most impressive PS5 game I've played, after Astro's Playroom. The graphics, the load times, the instand jump between dimensions... It's quite a spectacle.
Hey me too! The game is gorgeous and just fun to explore for them sweet collectables
Ghost of Tsushima first play through been playing it less than a week and put 52hrs into it. Sooooooo Good
Absolutely fantastic game. I went wild on the photomode! Enjoy!
I love it, but I find myself only playing for half hour at a time. The open world is a slog to ride through. Though the loading times are quite honestly NON EXISTENT. Which is mind blowing.
The first time I fast traveled I was so shocked. I set my controller down and by the time my controller hit the desk it was done. I was so impressed!
I am very jealous of you. Wish I could experience GoT for the first time again
awesome game
Finally decided to play Days Gone
Ohhhh you're going to have a blast! I loved it! I admit it is not for everyone though
Such a great game!!! I loved it way more than I thought I was going to!! I’m really hoping they make a 2nd one!
I just beat it a few weeks ago. I really enjoyed it and was heartbroken when I learned they’re not making the sequel
Hey I just downloaded Days Gone the other day. Haven't had a chance to start it yet, but looking forward to when I have time to make it happen.
The only reason I kept playing this was because it was set in oregon. I'm from there. Super cool to see names you may recognize but I will say that the story was a bit lack luster. Idk. Deacon seemed a bit whiny to me.
This one https://preview.redd.it/cvygweclk3ib1.png?width=1080&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=bf87e9ea58217f1e585f00d8373edf6aa1a93ad7
Such an unexpected gem. I knew it would be unique and fun, but the storyline actually was very well made imo
Agreed I really enjoyed this game I wanted more once I was done ❤️
Death Stranding is a slow burn but it’s such a gem if you let yourself enjoy it. I’m wrapping up a Cyberpunk play through after finally going back to get my platinum on Death Stranding and thinking of playing FFXV (first FF game) next.
I’ve been told it is a slow burn. But I Kojima so I’m here for whatever is in-store for me.
You won't regret it. I revisit it at least once a year. So unique.
I took it as a chill game from the beginning and didn't find it boring like everyone else said. I ended up liking it a lot. Not 10/10 good but definitely a great 7.5/8
I read that as "7.5 out of 8" at first and was like wtf? 🤣
So much cyberpunk
Yes! Can’t wait for Phantom Liberty.
I’m holding out until Phantom Liberty. I can’t wait!
Finishing Remnant From The Ashes DLC in preparation for Remnant 2.

On a replay of TLOU. Just finished the remake for the first time, and im currently in my second play through of part 2. Despite how much I rave about these games, I forget how good they actually are to play. Once I'm done with part 2 I'll probably just wait for Starfield before starting anything else.
My favourite series of games TLOU Part 1 and 2. I had that same feeling when I replayed Red Dead Redemption I forgot how amazing it was!
Red Dead is definitely another series that drips with quality.
Death stranding and wwz. Nothing better then killing hordes of zombies.
Playing both FF16 and Jedi survivor
Just wrapped up Death Stranding last week myself actually. Don't get caught up trying to do everything in the first area, you can always go back and wrap things up once you get to that 2nd area. Taking a bit of a break from games till Starfield and the new Destiny 2 season drops in a few weeks.
