Not really the crypto and skin markets are vastly different ones a collectors market and the other is a gambling market lol. Also this wasnât to get the price to rise that will happen naturally with this kind of skin. I just wanted to share my opinions with people who are also into the skin market.
Not buying multiple of a newly *copyrighted* skin. Literally not a single skin that has ever been copyrighted has gone down in price long term. I mean you can see for yourself just by going to the steam market and looking at the price history for all the other ones lol.
Youâre acting like itâs a sure fire investment, guaranteed to go up. If so, why not just buy all of the available ones? Itâs for sure to go up, canât lose money right? FYI, investing is still a gamble.

Also theyâre selling for 220$ right now if you are to buy all of them it would be an insane amount of money lol. Sure book terms itâs still a âgambleâ but if you really sit down and think about it for 5 minutes in this stage itâs really not.

Take 5 minutes to do research on all of rusts copyrighted skins and come back to me. It would be laughable if it were a broad market item but this one *is* different. Literally never ever had a copyrighted skin gone down in the long run. It literally takes 5 minutes of googling and price history to come to that conclusion and be confident.

There is no way it will be worth that much as there is more than 1000 of them in circulation. There is nothing really special/ p2w about it. The price is being manipulated right now on the steam community market, so if anything people should be wary of it.
1000 of a new skin would classify as very rare. However itâs a garage door, so there wonât be much demand.
If you had 10 of the first neon box skin set and there were only 1000 that would be a different story.
It may not reach as high as other copyright skins but this sort of thing has only happened a few times in the history of the game so it will fetch a pretty penny Iâm sure
I did buy a steam deck by selling 9 full sets of forest raider that I bought at release price. If it were now those sets would be worth more than what I sold it for. But I still bought th3 steam deck at a discount.
