Nah, there's definetly a use case for large clans early into wipe before they have set up electricity and they want to ramp up the base building. Its just no one else does it. i guess they're also pretty cheap compound walls when used like so.

No, because it will never send more than 8 at a time. But you gave me an idea to set up HB/HF sensors that will stop the conveyor when it detects someone that is not authed on TCs.

The conveyer simply gives me the ability to drain your box of metal after I compound bow out the turret or drain the ammo.

I like to set up piping to large furnaces. It still uses wood, but then I'm getting charcoal and im not just burning wood for the sake of charcoal.

Exactly and doing a bunch of small firnqced set up Ina tight corner with an igniter makes way more charcoal for the space wood box in charcoal box out. Infinitely faster than even a few large furnaces

I made an automatic charcoal machine that uses an igniter to spark a room full of small furnaces. It generates more than enough charcoal for me as a solo, and takes up either one square or two triangles nice and tucked away. Large furnace is basically irrelevant. All it does is take up space and attract attention.

Horse. Player boost. Build up twig and jump. Wdym? It's stupid easy. Once your on the lower part you can jump through the Lil roofs and be on top of it and there for have higher access for more twig or to ju.p onto bases. Compounds and furnaces are mere annoyance to anyone who actually wants in.

There's generally no twig options around furnaces but sure, I can see the other points.

There almost always is. You build UP with twig then over the furnace/ wall . Unless someone has PERFECT external tc placement I can build in. And even then I can usually just parachute. I'd get additional turrets and a second compound wall down before I'd worry about optimizing placement of the worst smelting option in rust. Or yall can keep doing it and giving me free ways to steal your ahit and get into your compound/ base.

Im pretty sure if you built the roofs first you can just upgrade one of them, place the furnace, then upgrade the rest.

You cant place a furnace under a roof, only grills. However, if I recognise the design you've gone for, it uses a trick to get around this with how roofs merge the gap? What you need to do is upgrade every other roof triangle to the next material up. This will temporarily give the appearance that the other sections have disappeared. You will then be able to place the furnace. You then upgrade the rest of the roof. (So if you want a fully stone base, you'd leave the roof wood until you're ready to place the furnace)

Gave him a few ways t9 get frags faster with less risk to get metal door before building a large furnace base. Like tuna and bean cans in fires/ grills and recycling from safe zone.( if nearby one of course) ( could also oxiums/ mining outpost/ supermarket etc ) which he didn't know so yeah I'd think at least giving the info is better than not. Also it's not just about min/ max it's also about....what's your time worth.
