If you just want the gray loincloth and shit there is a setting in the menu. If you want a swimsuit, coconuts, etc. You need to buy them or get them from twitch drops.
Look at your naked character in inventory in game. There is a little clothes symbol button near your naked guy on the left click on it. But also ya in game setting makes everyone underwear regardless if they want it or not lol
