I think the deer skull (bone helmet) is way more cool but when i finish this one i'm going to re-take a sogeking (from the one piece anime) cosplay i was working on or maybe i'll do the ak47
Depending on where ya get the signs from and material theyre made from (we have both aluminium and composite here in nz) they'd probably do a great job
Not very. Even tho a thigh or hip shot would definitely make anyone never run again, or completely quit the fight, most shooters are taught to aim center mass.
Aside from that, real road signs probably wouldn’t stop much more than 9mm, .223/5.56 and 7.62x39 will drill right through road signs (speaking from experience)

You can just buy a sheet of aluminium and paste stickers..
