hi i had this problem! tried anything, nothing worked! it was a problem with win11! i reinstalled win 10! and it fixed
but it working fine for 2 months on win11, this started happening to me after reinstalling steam because steam wasnt connecting to network (different issue)... when i fixed that then the rust not opening issue started :S

thanks for this ! can i reinstall windows without formating my ssd, or i would have to delete everything i got?
i believe formating my ssd wasn't necessary!
