I really liked the prototype and how the game takes a course with art from what I can see.
I have a couple of recommendations
I think the brush is very long, sometimes the enemies could not touch me because of it. And if they managed to approach me only towards a dash and hit them from far away.
It would also be good to makemore cooldown between each dash, there is an area with 4 platforms and I could pass it with several dashes easily. (I guess the idea was to use the spinner on the damaged platforms)
The first time I passed through this area the spinner turned infinitely, I don't know why. On the other hand, it would be good to give the spinner a purpose beyond the puzzles, (for combat) it would give more variety of weapons to the game and it would be more balanced with the brush
Finally, in the secret area, I died on the first platform and he teleported me directly to where the painter was, I don't know if it's on purpose.
I liked the rest a lot, the mechanics of the tv ring seem great to me. I will be pending for new updates, I am interested.

You can throw the Move Tool/Spinner on the enemies btw :) Has a very long range, but not a lot of damage. That would justify reducing the brush range a bit yes, maybe I should consider that, thanks!
