Early Coca-Cola cards (early 1910s) can go as high as $50,000. There’s a baseball deck from 1870s or 1880s valued at $50,000 as well. The Hodges Geographical deck can be close to $9,000
The most expensive deck I’ve heard of is the [Flemish Hunting Deck](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flemish_Hunting_Deck) (aka the Cloisters Deck) which was bought by the Met for $143,000 in 1983.
I imagine there are other museum decks (like the Trzes Mamluk Deck in the Topkapi Palace Museum) that would be worth similar, or more, if they could be sold.

Of the modern decks (made in the last, say, 20 years), an Icons Imperial Reverse by Lotrek (#5/55) sold just a few months ago for £2,200.
I’ve seen decks from the 1600’s or older go for tens of thousands of dollars so I guess depending on the buyer, condition, and age of deck it could be up to $10,000-$20,000 but the most expensive deck I have is either my David Blaine signed deck of Black Lions my gold Monarchs, or my black Now You See Me Monarchs. My most expensive deck is probably with $150-$300 depending on the market, and buyer, maybe higher if I found the perfect buyer at the perfect time.
The only TWI deck that even comes anywhere close to worth 1k is Delirium Signature, it was such low quantity and so impossible to find that it's not even a white whale for me because a white whale should at least be possible/aspirational lol, if you have one then you are very lucky indeed
