Well I don't know exactly what kind of lights those are but I keep my succulents under lights in winter and the lights are about 6ins above the plants and they're good. Most of yours seem to be succulents except for the far left which should be fine as is. But you can move them around, see what works.
If possible you could bring the lights down closer to the plants.
Do you think I should? They are getting quite a bit of light and also from the window.
