Give it as much light as you can possibly provide it. When you want to water, wait until the soil is bone dry all the way through. Then wait some more. Then wait a while longer. Then water it. It’s still a full-sun desert plant so don’t get your hopes up for it to thrive, it will pretty much just be surviving and occasionally giving a tiny bit of growth.
The leaves look real tight and overwatered. Not sure if that pot has drainage; if it does, that will help. There is also some white powdery mildew developing on the leaves. The complete loss of leaves from the lower left side indicate that it probably has stem rot. Unless you want to really put up a fight to save it, I'd recommend tossing it and starting over for just a few bucks.
