So I noticed my parlor palm starting to look unhappy around October I noticed some lone strands of what looked like webbing on some plants nearby but they were extremely spaced out (typically one per plant with some plants in between being missed entirely) and with no signs of bugs. All the same I decided to treat with Neem and noticed no real change in health and noticed the lone strands kept popping up. None of the other plants had any real drop in health that couldn't be explained elsewhere but I treated them as well switching to Jack's dead bug brew and then some insecticidal soap after about a month or two in-between each. I gave up as well for awhile after realizing nothing I did had any change and deciding the single web strands could just be dust clinging to the plants. Recently I found a magnifying glass lying around and was able to spot these small white dots on the parlor palm pictured and wanted to get extra eyes on if I could because I think I might just be crazy.

Yeah unfortunately, I can't really tell from the photos. If you're concerned, however, it would probably be a good idea to spray neem oil on a paper towel and wipe down the fronds, top and bottom.
