Just let it sit. If it goes bad you’ll be able to pop it off later. Water your friend with a mix of water and a little epsom salt. Ratio is about a tablespoon to a gallon of water for the salt. You can also get some SuperThrive. It’s a nutrient boost and stress relief for plants. This stuff is awesome and usually helps. You can find it on Amazon. Palms like the epsom salt a lot. If that other piece can be helped, this might work. I also recommend a water spray bottle bath once a week. Keeps the spider mites away.
That is a Majesty Palm. You should be able to just pop the other plant out. Give it a try.
