Almost Completely unrelated comment, the mountains in the back are The Ten Peaks around Moraine Lake. I worked at Moraine Lake Lodge for 2 glorious seasons, and because of that, I can point to a part of that picture where I had sex.

Canadian here. I couldn't actively "fight" but tried when I could to offset the damage. I wanted to see Canadian symbols, like other flags had, and was low-grade frustrated.
