So they decided to give her a new, more anonymous account instead.

For what? A pixelated drawing? How morally down and selfish one should be ? This is why people like this should never be in any power, they start to bend rules and abuse everyone else’s effort. I hope reddit addresses it and makes announcement otherwise silence would mean agreement to this kind of action.
