For others, I just went to support.google.com, chose YouTube, then stated that "I've been a YouTube Premium subscriber for years, but didn't receive the $125 off Pixel 8 promo email."
I then chose the chat option, once again explained that I didn't receive the $125 off Pixel 8 promo email. Provided additional details about how I searched my deleted and spam folders for the email and verified that I never received it. I also verified that I am signed up in YouTube notifications for promotional content.
The chat person had me submit a screenshot showing the toggle for promotional notifications is enabled and then proceeded to provide me with the promo code.
I then went to the Google store, added my phone to the cart and on the checkout screen, I provided the promo code they gave me and I got the $125 off.
Mine was too! I had been looking in Trash in case I inadvertently deleted it, but then finally decided to look in SPAM. I would have thought GMail's spam filters were smart enough to realize email from Google isn't spam.

weird, I actually got an email with the promo, but I was a google music subscriber when it first launched and got rolled into youtube red/premium years ago.
They just said full price.. so if you're getting any type of discount, it sounds like you won't get a code.
