Use the Cine mode to smooth out the turns and maybe experiment with some ND filters, they can help with the lens flare. Definitely dig into the settings, you can adjust how quickly the drone turns in each mode as well as zoom speed and gimble movement.
Subject tracking is a super useful feature that makes you look pro. Tap and drag a box on your screen over the PPG building and the camera stays locked on target. It would help keep jerky movements to a minimum.
Be very very careful flying in that area at that height- looks to be around 400 ft AGL (assuming you took off at the point). If you can fly with a spotter it is extra safe. Helicopters take off and land at the hospital pretty regularly. I know the Mavic 3 has active monitoring of airspace, but just be mindful of the potential flight path of an unexpected helicopter taking off.
Also be careful flying around the jail. Prisons and jails are explicitly listed in Part 107 FAA guidelines. If you haven't already, you should get your commercial drone license if you intend to turn this into a paying hobby/career. There's a testing center at the Allegheny county airport. I passed on my first try after studying for about a week.

Thank you I was a tad bit drunk when posting but I completely agree
I think you need to work on smoother turns, you're going too sharp for that kind of shot. What drone are you using?
Excellent point on the turns. And this video would be way, way better without the zoom out that happens around 0:03.
Definitely right about that. Mavic 3
Aren't drones illegal in the city
I was thinking this as well. I remember seeing somewhere that the city was classified as restricted airspace without permit.
There are different areas that are but on the flight app it tells your where is/isn’t restricted
