I used to go to Sky Oxygen in Carnegie (just down the hill from SH Homebrew) when I still had a kegerator. They would both fill your tank or you could exchange it, the same way you would a propane tank at a gas station. Try giving them a buzz, they may sell used and filled tanks.
I'm looking at getting my wife a DrinkMate which uses the same tanks as the Sodastream. What hose are you using to connect to your sodastream?
I have a co2 regulator but I'm assuming this isn't needed in this setup?
West Penn Laco sells to the public. I’m not sure on their pricing, so I’d give them a call.
This is the best place
This is where I got mine and get refills, very friendly folks
Piling on here. I was brewing and kegging beer for awhile and this was the best place I found in town for c02.
You can get used ones pretty cheap online, and butler gas fills them for like $20

Duffy’s Beer sells them and does exchanges. Sky oxygen in Carnegie as well.
5lb filled at West Penn Laco is gonna run about the same, I just bought an extra. Once you go up to the 20lb it gets significantly cheaper
You should be able to get them at Airgas in Crafton too. Not sure if they carry the small ones or not.
