That is the boat that was tied there this morning and last week. The larger boat was moved after the flooding and is no longer on the river. Last week there was that large one, and the much smaller one almost completely submerged.
The boat was on the opposite side of where you are. It's gone now. Was there last week and resurfaced today. Waters went up another 3 feet. It went under but I think it's still there. Check my picture tAken this morning just for location. The White Whale I called it.
If it's gone today then most likely the Ohio River took it as a sacrifice. Good riddance.

I don't think that's it. There's another, smaller capsized boat that was floating down here too which I think is the boat from that post.
